Welcome to My Service Action Portfolio!

Hello!

My name is Sheridan Smith, and this is my Service Action Portfolio. This portfolio has been created to showcase what I have begun working on during the Fall 2019 semester in the Shelton Leadership Course: SLC 101 at NC State University.

This signature assignment was created to help build the skills needed for students to become relational leaders. With this portfolio, you will be able to follow me throughout my semester to learn more about what relational leadership is and how it can be implemented.  As you navigate through my portfolio, you will read how I came up with my specific service action proposal, which helped me to grow as an individual and future relational leader.
