Think about an organization to which you have previously or currently belong. This could be a group or organization from high school or a group or organization from here at State (group project team, your suite, ILC, a club you joined, etc.). Write a reflection that describes the group (its purpose, members, goal, programs, etc.) and evaluates how that group either reflects or fails to reflect relational leadership. Additionally, you should provide your own thoughts about how it felt to be a part of the group and what, if anything, you would go back and do differently. Given your experience with this group, what observations do you have for developing your service action proposal? Your reflection should create a clear description of the group you belong/ed to, provide a detailed analysis of the ways in which it does or does not use relational leadership, and illustrate your own thoughts about being a member of that group as well as how you would use this knowledge for your service action proposal.
